- Sell memberships by establishing and building long-term relationships with global customers
- Support customers throughout their entire customer journey: from registration to payment
- Monitor and facilitate logistic execution and tax procedures related to orders
- Achieve targets and create sales opportunities, follow up with leads
- Proactively gain product & industry knowledge
- Contribute to team effort by jointly accomplishing results
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Preferred having a bachelor‘s degree with min. 1-2 years of sales and support experience
- A very good command of spoken and written English
- Skills in other languages is a plus - Familiar with modern technology and equipment
- Having tire- or industry knowledge is a plus
- Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Being tech savvy, and flexible
- Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent organizational skills
- Strong initiative, problem solving attitude
